Abstract: This case study highlights how Frosta AG became a leader in achieving Sustainable Development Goal 12 (SDG#12) within Germany’s frozen food sector. The company, reaching 98% of households, has driven industry-wide change through its early commitment to sustainability—beginning 15 years before the Paris Climate Agreement. Frosta AG’s strategic and entrepreneurial approach has set new standards in responsible food production and consumption, positioning the company as a catalyst for sustainable transformation in the FMCG industry.
