Abstract: This case study, presented at the Bosphorus Boat Show, shares principles for sustainable sailing based on an interview with a yacht management company. The advice is organized into seven key practices: sail more and use the engine less, reduce carbon footprint, use renewable energy, conserve water and food, protect marine life, minimize plastic use, and prioritize sustainability. The study also emphasizes the importance of educating children about marine sustainability to foster awareness from an early age.
