The SUDEMAR Dissemination Event was organized on May 12 at Piri Reis University. The three-hour event aimed to introduce the project outputs, promote sustainability awareness in the maritime sector, and encourage the effective use of the project’s educational tools and digital resources. The dissemination activity brought together a wide range of stakeholders from the maritime community: experts and lecturers from maritime universities, maritime sector employees, representatives of port authorities, the fishing and shipbuilding industries, maritime safety specialists, unions and associations related to the maritime economy. A very productive environment for interdisciplinary discussion regarding SDG goals within the maritime field indeed!
